I have more than thirty years of experience in triathlon. I was a member of the finnish triathlon national team and have done close to fifty different kinds of long distance including more than 30 Ironmans of which 6 in Kona on the Big island in Hawaii.

Since the middle of the 90s I work full time as a coach mainly in triathlon.

I have published four books in Germany and I am a member of the editorial staff of the German Tritime magazine.
